Shipping and Handling

Local Dunedin and surrounding area deliveries can be made on the same day if the order is received in time. We endeavour to fufill your delivery requirements wherever possible. Please add to  the notes section at checkout or email/phone if you have particular delivery needs.

Please allow up to 3  working days for delivery nationwide.

Rural deliveries may longer, once our courier has passed to the rural delivery depot we can not be sure of their days of delivery so please allow 5 working days to reach the destination especially if it is for a special occasion.

We do not deliver to a P O Box address.

Unfortunately hospitals can be problematic as patients may have been discharged by the time of delivery so if you can, deliver to a home address for your recipient, to ensure them of getting the delivery.

 

If your gift box has been damaged in transit please let us know within  24 hours of receiving the delivery. Email (julie@thehamperroom.co.nz) with a photograph of the damaged parcel so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
